Averaging more than 2.9 million unique visitors monthly, remax.com is second only to realtor.com as the most visited real estate website on the internet.
Leads arising from consumer visits go directly to RE/MAX offices and associates via Leadstreet, with no referral fees. Consumers are demanding quicker response time, and with Leadstreet, associates can receive lead notification on their cell phones and even accept pending leads via their PDAs.
When associates accept leads, they have access to an array of lead-management and reporting tools, including contact management.
They also have access to three separate drip email campaigns: one specifically for buyers, one for sellers, and one for past clients.
Associates can enhance their own listings free through Leadstreet. They can add additional photos, virtual tours and more property details quickly and easily.
